I built this bike for my own personal use. It has quite a few special modifications. The seat height was 38" stock. That's a little tall for most folks (specially an old coot like me), so the subframe was lowered 1.5" without losing any wheel travel. The foot pegs were lowered and moved back slightly while utilizing a set of large billet aluminum pegs. The seat was also reshaped to lower it and recovered. The fork is a KYB unit from a 2005 YZ 450 with billet Applied triple clamps, Pro Taper bars, and the YZ wheel and brakes. The radiators are from a newer Husky modified to fit with custom billet cages. The kick stand is also a custom in house billet aluminum unit. The swing arm is modified to fit a Warp 9 wheel with a YZ axle and disc brake, and a BRP chain guide with a welded on custom billet mount to keep the X ring chain lined up. A Magura hydraulic clutch mechanism was fitted as well. It has a slightly modified Uptite Husky pipe, and a custom aluminum skid plate. The entire rear suspension pivots on sealed needle bearings including the linkage. The frame was painted with two part polyurethane after all mods were complete. The wet weight is down to 235 Lbs. with no titanium! The bike handles really well and talk about a torque monster!
